Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic — United States

International
We ship internationally via DHL Express, FedEx, and USPS. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times vary by destination.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We want you to love your Samba pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In its original condition
• With all original tags attached
• With the hygiene liner intact
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, submit your request directly through our returns portal — you'll find the link in your order confirmation email.

If your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label. A flat $8 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wearsambabikinis@gmail.com so we can make it right. Return shipping is covered for defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, simply return your eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Tanning balm
• Tanning oil

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
